Yes — the Free plan needs no credit card. You get one scan a month with your top 3 findings per platform shown on screen. PDF export and the full report come with a paid plan.
One scan run — whether you scan Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or both at once. It's the run that counts toward your limit, not the number of platforms.
Automatic scans run on a schedule (Standard includes 1/month; Premium up to 4/month that you schedule). Manual rescans are on-demand — up to 30 per month on Standard and Premium. They're separate allotments.
Your report covers up to your plan's user limit, and we'll prompt an upgrade if you're over it. More than 250 users? Talk to us about Enterprise.
