Cancel any time

You can cancel your Esmeris subscription whenever you like, from the Billing section of your account. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Monthly plans

When you cancel a monthly plan, it stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months.

Annual plans

Annual billing is offered at a 20% discount in exchange for paying for the year up front. If you cancel before the year is up, we refund the part you haven't used — calculated at our standard monthly rate for your plan. In practice, that means:

You only ever pay the monthly price for the months you actually used.
The 20% annual saving applies when you keep the plan for the full year.

For example, on a plan that's $79/month or $758.40/year, cancelling after four months is charged as 4 × $79 = $316, and we refund the remaining $442.40. If you've used most of the year, the monthly-rate charge for those months can equal or exceed what you paid, in which case there's no further refund — but we never charge you more than the monthly price for the time you used.

One-time scans

A single scan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there's nothing to cancel. Because your report is generated and made available immediately, single-scan purchases are non-refundable once the scan has run. If something went wrong with your scan, get in touch and we'll make it right.

Free plan

The free plan is free — there's nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it, or delete your account, at any time.

How to cancel
